How to Find Your System Specs

Sending us the correct specs helps us give you the fastest, most accurate offer.

On Windows 10 & 11 (Best Method)

This method gives us the CPU, RAM, and (most importantly for gaming PCs) the Graphics Card (GPU).

  1. On your keyboard, press the Windows Key + R at the same time to open the "Run" dialog.
  2. In the box, type dxdiag and press Enter (or click OK).
  3. A new window will open (DirectX Diagnostic Tool).
  4. On the first tab, **"System"**, take a screenshot. This shows your **Processor (CPU)** and **Memory (RAM)**.
  5. Click the **"Display"** tab (or "Display 1"). Take another screenshot. This shows your **Graphics Card (GPU)** under "Name".

On macOS (MacBooks & iMacs)

Apple makes this very easy.

  1. Click the **Apple icon** () in the top-left corner of your screen.
  2. Click **"About This Mac"**.
  3. A window will appear showing your **Chip (Processor)**, **Graphics (GPU)**, and **Memory (RAM)**.
  4. Please take a screenshot of this window.
